About us and how the list is built
10dollarcasinos.ca is a small editorial project with one subject: what happens to a ten-dollar deposit at the online casinos Canadians actually use. The pages are written and updated by the 10dollarcasinos.ca editors as a team, in English and in French. We don't run a casino, we don't take bets, and we don't hold anyone's money.
What we look at
Most casino rankings are built around the size of the headline bonus. A C$1,000 match is irrelevant to someone depositing C$10, so we start from the other end. For each brand we collect the deposit floor, the deposit needed for the welcome offer, the wagering multiple and what it is counted on, the smallest withdrawal the cashier allows, typical payout times, the licence, and the provinces it will not serve.
Those facts come from the casinos' Canadian pages and terms first. Where a casino doesn't publish a figure, we use recent independent reviews, and the text says so with wording like "reviews in 2026 put it at". Figures we could not confirm are marked as such rather than guessed.
How the score is weighted
Each casino gets a score out of 10, built from five parts:
- Bonus at C$10: 30%. Does ten dollars unlock the welcome offer, and what is it?
- Wagering cost: 20%. The multiple turned into dollars, including whether it counts the deposit too.
- Withdrawal floor: 20%. Can a small balance actually leave the account?
- Payout speed: 15%. The stated processing time for Interac and similar methods.
- Licence and recourse: 15%. Who regulates the casino and where a Canadian player can complain.
A casino that needs C$20 to deposit can still appear, but it loses most of the first component. That is why PlayAmo and Woo Casino sit at the bottom.
Where the screenshots come from
The lobby images on the home page are captures of each casino's Canadian page, taken from dated archive copies and refreshed from a Canadian connection when possible. The capture date is shown under every image. They show what the lobby looked like on that day, not a session we played, and nobody on the team funded accounts to make them.
How often terms are re-read
We re-read the bonus and banking terms of every listed brand at least once a month, and sooner when a province changes its rules, as Alberta did in July and October 2026. The date at the top of the home page shows the last full pass. Casinos change offers without notice, so the terms on the casino's own site are always the final word.
How we are paid
Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. When you open an account through one of them, the casino may pay us a commission. You pay nothing extra, and the offer you receive is the same one the casino shows everyone else.
Commission does not decide the order. The score is calculated from the five components above, and a casino's position changes only when its terms or our data about it change. Visitors who choose Ontario or Alberta see no bonus offers at all, because provincial rules do not allow affiliate sites to advertise them.
Privacy
There are no user accounts here, no sign-up forms and no tracking cookies. When you pick a province, that choice is saved only in your own browser's localStorage so the page remembers it on your next visit; it is never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
When you follow a link to a casino, that casino's own privacy policy applies from the moment its page loads.
Corrections
We get things wrong sometimes, usually because a casino has changed a term since our last check. If you spot a discrepancy, rely on the casino's current terms, which take precedence over anything written here. Each monthly pass starts from those terms, so a changed offer is corrected at the next check at the latest.
